Area Sales Manager Leicester Starting at £42,000 per annum Our well-established client based in Leicester is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their team. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for someone to cover the North, North West, and East Midlands area. Area Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Creating concise sales reports for the Sales Director Generating revenue by finding new business Managing existing accounts and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers Travelling to potential and existing customer sites Communicating with customers to close sales, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings Planning, researching, and executing potential sales opportunities to drive profitable market share growth for the business Reporting to the Sales Director Area Sales Manager Ideal Candidate: Sales experience within the engineering industry and knowledge of industry and markets Previous account management experience Strong experience in relationship building Self-motivated and able to work independently Customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work under pressure and problem solve Area Sales Manager Working Hours and Benefits: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 X2 15-minute breaks (AM + PM) 30-minute lunch break Company vehicle provided OTE of £250/month if targets are met
