Our client, a leading Machinery Manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Aftersales Executive to join their team in Belfast. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of aftersales business. If you’re looking to take on a role that combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Your role: Drive Sales:

Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers. You’ll identify and capitalise on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights. Collaborate with Marketing:

Work closely with the marketing team to promote aftersales efforts. You’ll develop quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers, providing them with accurate information and exceptional service. Order Management:

Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems. You’ll also ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use aftermarket tools to analyse customer growth opportunities and provide the Head of Sales with regular updates on key performance indicators. You’ll also participate in pricing activities by analysing spending trends and suggesting market pricing. Minimum Requirements: Sales experience (2-5 years required):

Proven track record in sales, particularly within a technical or industrial environment. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal. Technical Aptitude:

Ability to quickly learn and understand a product range, including the function and benefits. You should be comfortable discussing technical details with customers. Customer Focus:

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. You should be adept at building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service. Organisational Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems. Proactive Attitude:
