Requirements
4+ years of experience demonstrated through a well-crafted portfolio showcasing impactful, customer-centric work Proven track record of designing products that balance function and beauty, supported by experience with design systems Empathetic and personable, able to build trust and respect with both customers and team members Endlessly curious, with a drive to understand why things are the way they are and explore how they could be different Experience wading into a complicated, data-heavy domain, e.g. finance, regulatory, defence, etc., and succeeding (Desirable) Graphic focus: adept at iconography, illustration, typography, colour etc (Desirable) Technical focus: able to code your own prototypes and/or design system components What the job involves
Collaborate in cross-functional teams with Product Managers, Engineers and Domain Experts to create customer-centric and impactful products Conduct user research and usability testing Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Use and contribute to design systems
