As a Brand Lead your overall objective is to lead development and execution of brand strategy and tactics for UKIE market, ensuring that the strategy is aligned and supportive of the overall Global Commercial Plan. This includes: Provide inspirational cross functional leadership of all UKIE brand planning process and commercial brand projects to maximize execution vs timelines. Development of innovative and impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted toward healthcare providers (HCP) promotion Leadership of the integration and optimization of multi-channel campaigns and core advertising assets to create tailored HCP promotional journeys in conjunction with the brand manager and Customer Engagement Manager Lead the localization of appropriate global assets and development of local bespoke assets where required with timely execution of deliverables. Lead the generation of market insights, asset and product performance through systematic market research, competitive intelligence and other means of feasible data collection. The role will serving as brand coordinator for all functions, including medical, market access, commercial excellence, marketing, finance, supply, regulatory and sales operations to ensure a collaborative, best-in-class execution of plan.

This is a head office based role in Maidenhead with hybrid options to work from home up to 3 days per week. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Substantial pharmaceutical experience including product management in specialty care/ biologics. Demonstrably launch experience having worked on a readiness plan through to post launch Ability to lead through influence and promote highly engaging cross functional collaboration LEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation and curiosity.
