Join our dedicated team as a Product Marketing Manager, where your mission will revolve around spearheading the launch of innovative apprenticeship programs by fostering collaborative efforts with our product and enterprise sales teams. Embedded within Multiverse, the Product Marketing division is more than just a department; it's where strategy meets impact, offering you a prime seat at the table with our executive leaders and enabling you to leave a tangible mark on our educational landscape. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative market analysis to understand the landscape. Identify and define target customer segments for the apprenticeship programs. Collect data on competitors' products and services to ensure a competitive advantage.

Benchmark Multiverse's apprenticeship programs against industry standards to grasp our competitive edge. Analyse competitor pricing and positioning to understand the market landscape. Provide insightful recommendations to strengthen Multiverse's value proposition.

Develop unique selling propositions and create compelling messaging that underscores the benefits and features of our apprenticeship programs. Establish messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing collateral and sales tools.

Develop and distribute training materials to educate sales personnel on product features. Craft and apply a sales strategy playbook focused on specific customer segments. Establish feedback channels between sales and product teams to enhance product offerings.

Requirements and Skills

5+ years in product marketing or related field

Competence in market analysis and segmentation

Skills in developing compelling product messaging and unique selling propositions

Experience in developing training materials for sales teams

Capability to analyse competitor pricing and positioning

Proven track record of successfully launching products or services

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams

Experience in formulating go-to-market strategies

This role requires 3 days a week in our London office How we hire
