Performance Marketing and Analytics Manager

, you will lead data-driven marketing efforts to drive player acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing spend to maximize ROI across all digital platforms. Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other gaming platforms). Manage budgets effectively to achieve target KPIs for CPM, CPI, and ROAS Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance. Analyze user acquisition funnels and player behaviors to uncover actionable insights. Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Leverage Python (preferred) or other scripting languages to automate reports and perform advanced data analysis. Identify new growth opportunities through emerging trends in digital advertising and analytics. Develop and execute A/B testing plans for creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing market trends within the Social Sandbox, Multiplayer Survival, and Battle Royale space. Work closely with product teams to align marketing strategies with game updates and monetization strategies. Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness. We are looking for someone who: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with Python (or other scripting languages) for automation and advanced analytics is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Steamworks, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Strong experience with ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic networks. Expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and LTV/ROAS modeling. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. In addition, we expect you to have: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and analytics, preferably in gaming or entertainment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Passion for gaming and understanding of player psychology, particularly in PvP or survival genres.
