We are on the lookout for a strategic, purpose-led Campaign Manager to lead our seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing activations across all our channels. Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to ensure a seamless delivery of all campaigns and a consistent brand tone of voice, focusing on ensuring all activity makes a real impact for our customer. This role would be perfect for someone who is exceptionally organised, with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for delivering results. Understanding our brand and our customer is essential in this role, as your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring our activations are engaging and, on the pulse, the more disruptive we are in the market the better! A bit about the role: Leading an effective cross-functional end-to-end process from planning stage to ensure consistent campaign execution and a seamless customer journey across all channels. Inspiring and developing the Marketing Planning Assistant, giving them direction and support to thrive in their role. Working in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign ideation sessions with the purpose of developing well thought through campaigns. Owns business sign off from senior stakeholders, actioned through specific campaign sign off meetings. Working with the Brand Communication Manager to develop campaigns and/or initiatives to support multi-channel tactical events relevant to Ann Summers (e.g., International Women’s Day, Pride). Using data to gather customer insights that fuel the strategic direction of each campaign. Supporting the Copywriter to deliver exciting content campaigns and continually refresh and evolve content for key initiatives. Developing a strong tactical competition strategy that supports and links effectively to our seasonal campaigns. Organising live store events alongside the Brand Communications team, including store communication, customer communication, and event management. Managing end-to-end all activity associated with the collaborations. We’re looking for someone who is: Established in their Marketing career, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industries. Commercial and results-driven, always striving to make an impact and add value. Exceptionally organised and methodical. Meticulous in their attention to detail. Innovative and forward-thinking. Excellent in their written communication with a natural flair for copywriting. Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
