Our client, a well-funded, high-growth company in the martech space, seeks a talented Marketing Manager to drive their demand generation function to new heights. This is a rare opportunity to significantly impact a company that's expanding globally and expected to triple its revenue next year. This strategic yet hands-on role will be the primary marketing position within the organisation, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the sales leader. You'll have the support of external agencies for SEO and website management, as well as freelance resources for specific projects. Location:

Looking for 4 days per week in the office. Modern Office close to Monument Underground. THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO and sales leader. Develop and implement positioning strategies highlighting the product's unique features and benefits across different market segments. Create compelling messaging and copy that resonates with target audiences. Analyse customer feedback and usage patterns to inform go-to-market strategies. Develop pricing and bundling strategies for different ideal customer profiles. Create sales enablement materials, including email cadences and sales scripts. Build market hype around new features and product launches. Develop and execute strategic customer marketing campaigns to drive growth. Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to ensure aligned execution of marketing initiatives. THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:

Degree or Masters in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the martech or SaaS space. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Deep understanding of technical B2B products and how customers use them. Experience in B2B marketing, targeting mid and large enterprise accounts. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Pardot, or HubSpot). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent writing and communication abilities. Experience in developing and managing a regular cadence of marketing campaigns. Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute day-to-day tactics. Ability to work independently and lead marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
