Web Designer
in our office in Dubai. You will gain experience working on innovative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for:
Website Design Leadership:
Take full ownership of the company’s marketing website design, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and effectively communicates our brand message.
User Experience (UX):
Develop and refine user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure our marketing website meets the needs of our users.
User Interface (UI):
Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for our marketing website, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all design work adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.
Graphic Design:
Create and manage all graphic design assets including marketing materials, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and other collateral.
Offline Event Support:
Review and finalize design proposals from professional vendors for offline events, ensuring they match our brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive brand experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that meet business and user needs.
Research & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
Creativity & Innovation:
Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to all design projects, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications Our ideal Web Designer will have:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of human psychology, user-centered design principles, and best design practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Basic video editing skills is an advantage.
Attributes & Knowledge:
Data-savvy with the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive design decisions.
Highly creative with a strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to work.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design challenges.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
