As the Regional Marketing Manager (Europe and AP), you will collaborate with the wider business to pull together regional marketing plans, create successful brand content, and manage campaigns successfully. Work closely with the Global Product & Marketing Director to ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels ensuring adherence to the newly developed brand guide. Develop and manage budgets ensuring quarterly spend is accurate and on target. Your Responsibilities

As the Regional Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include: Deliver the regional marketing and communications plan, through multi-channel campaigns, to support the region's strategic goals Create and write technical content, for use in all marketing channels, particularly website, e-mail and social media, and ensure that this resonates with customers Develop, manage and execute the marketing budgets for the UK, Europe, APAC and Oceania Organization and management of trades shows across the UK, Europe, APAC and Oceania Conduct market research for target markets and market drivers, ensuring that key messages are outlined and defined for content creation Assist with the SEO optimization of the Pulsar Measurement website, including the research of appropriate keywords for use on product pages, landing pages and paid search copy Upkeep of the Pulsar Measurement websites, including maintaining and creating new pages and/or content. Liaise with external marketing agencies and consultants to ensure development of outsourced projects are delivered on time, within budget and on brand Create and maintain key customer relationships to enable content creation and photography opportunities Measure and report key metrics for all marketing campaigns, including the monitor of reach and engagement Create content and present ideas for newly developed campaigns, and assist in the generation of all forms of marketing collateral Communicate with both internal and external business stakeholders across a wide variety of channels and platforms, and ensure marketing activity aligns with objectives and goals for the year Collaborate with the wider business to ensure consistent messaging and business operations remain on brand Collaborate remotely with marketing colleagues across the world to consistently present ideas and review work and content to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Other ad hoc duties as required. Travel

Travel is sometimes required for site visits and show attendance. Shows are occasionally overseas and will require attendance. Your background

2:1 bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills across a variety of different platforms Technical knowledge and the ability to be able to create technical content Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Conversant in using Microsoft Office as well as current MRP, ERP and CRM systems Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices Experience in website management (Magento eCommerce platform preferred) Ability to take initiative and collaborate with wider teams Attention to detail and a keen creative streak Our pledge
