As a Data Analyst / CRO Specialist at Cromwell Tools, you will play a pivotal role in improving the website’s conversion rate by identifying user behaviour trends and key improvement areas. Using data to provide actionable insights, you will develop and execute A/B tests, monitor conversion metrics, and collaborate closely with the UX, UI, and product teams to optimize the online shopping experience. This role will contribute directly to driving business growth through data-backed decisions, helping Cromwell better meet the needs of our customers and maximize online engagement. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across the website. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and engagement. Present data findings in a clear, concise manner to inform design and development decisions. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests to assess the impact of changes to user flows and page elements. Identify optimization opportunities within the digital customer journey to maximize conversions and reduce friction. Regularly review and evaluate the impact of CRO initiatives on conversion rates, providing insights for future improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with UX designers, UI designers, product owners, and developers to translate data insights into actionable changes. Collaborate with the UX Researcher to combine quantitative data with qualitative insights for a comprehensive understanding of user needs. Support product owners and stakeholders in prioritizing optimization initiatives based on projected ROI and data-driven insights. Document test plans, methodologies, and results to build a knowledge base for the digital team. Stay updated on the latest CRO and data analysis trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Cromwell remains competitive in the digital space. What are we looking for? Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on conversion rate optimization or digital performance. Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), as well as A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. Technical & Analytical Skills Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design for A/B and multivariate testing. Ability to manipulate data using SQL, Python, R, or similar languages. Soft Skills Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
