Job Description Communities and Social Impact Manager Guildford An opportunity has arisen for a Communities and Social Impact Manager to join the team at Galliford Try. Ideally, you will be based in or around Guildford and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region. What you will be doing: Facilitating internal and external communication activities for community projects and Social Value across the Building Southern region supporting Regional Social Value Manager, ensuring Galliford Try's values (EPIC) are displayed always. Assisting with delivering the Building Southern Community and Social Impact Strategy, including establishing relevant procedures, processes and tools for effective Community working. Being an ambassador for delivering excellence, Building Southern No 1 Business Strategy. Managing regional updates of the Community and Sustainability elements of our intranet. Supporting CCS Best practice for our Region and transferring this to site via site visits, training, etc. Reviewing CCS scores per year to seek improvements. Assisting in achieving our regional target on the number of Apprentice placements/training opportunities created. Supporting apprentices by ensuring reviews are undertaken and maintaining regular contact with mentors and apprentice providers. Capturing and reporting Community and Social Impact KPIs.
