Represent the firm at industry events, promoting its services and reputation. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Probate' should have/be: A England & Wales qualifed Solicitor. Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services firm. Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources. A deep understanding of probate laws and regulations. The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
