multikilled HVAC engineer
to join their busy mobile team. With huge growth and expansion plans already underway, it's a great time to join! Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance of the building fabric for all associated commercial buildings. Main Duties:
Responsible for carrying out all associated PPM and reactive maintenance. This could include electrical work on mechanical building service systems. Commercial heating and ventilating pipework systems. Service and maintain commercial heating and ventilating systems. Service and maintain air conditioning and heat pump systems. If not already qualified within Commercial Gas, you will be given the opportunity to upskill within Commercial Gas. Happy to provide support to other trades within the mobile team as needed. Assist with all PPMs and reactive maintenance within set time frames so that the client's expectations are met. Ensure you always take a proactive approach when dealing with the client and ensure that any remedial issues are dealt with or escalated to senior management if necessary. Working within Health & Safety legislation at all times. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
SVQ Level 3 Service Maintain and Commission Building Engineering Services or equivalent. If you hold Commercial gas tickets, this would be advantageous - however not essential. Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, FM environment. Full driving UK license (6 points maximum). Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland. Salary:
