We are now recruiting for a Reliability Engineer to work closely within the Brewing team as we continue to innovate and deliver beers and ales. This role will be responsible for managing CAPEX projects while ensuring preventative maintenance processes are implemented. What will you be doing? Manage the delivery of improvement projects (including capital) within the area of responsibility in accordance with the current stage gate processes. Focus on the delivery of engineering results using standard methodologies such as RCA, TPM, and RCM. Champion these methodologies and drive their use into standard work across the function. Identify and plan improvement projects, including if necessary the production of CAPEX approval requests and the associated business case support documentation. Carry out required process confirmations, maximizing the opportunity to coach and engage teams during the process. Responsible for the ordering of tactical replacement parts required by engineering members that are not managed by the department's MRO procurement function. Critically review maintenance practices, successes, failures, and improvement opportunities with the objective of constantly improving cost and performance metrics. What are we looking for? Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline or have significant experience and a proven record of managing FI activity within an FMCG engineering environment. Competent in analytical aspects and the ability to drive this into practical engineering solutions (delivered by self or others). Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders and an ability to work with individuals, teams, and management at all levels of the organisation. Proactive attitude and ability to multitask different projects at once. Full UK working rights.
