Probe Technical Recruitment are recruiting a great opportunity for a proven Maintenance Engineer to join a well-respected manufacturing business. We are seeking an experienced, multi-skilled, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform pro-active and reactive maintenance activities across the manufacturing facilities. The role will cover a range of machinery (from manual machines through to machining centres) along with fabrication equipment and general maintenance.
Along with a day shift Monday – Friday with a 12.30 finish on a Friday, the Maintenance Engineer role also has a package of:
Salary £40,000
Paid Overtime at 1.5x
Company Pension at 4% company and 4% employee

You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent and have experience with Machine Tool, Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Electro/ Mechanical. Some duties include:
Install new equipment on site to the required standards and specifications.
Diagnose faults on plant and equipment as required and establish methods for rectification.
Ensure any relevant start up procedures are performed following the repair of any plant or equipment.
Ensure any mechanical or electrical work is carried out within the level of competence.
Ensure effective procurement of any spare part requirements, including communication with suppliers and the raising of purchase orders.
The role of Maintenance Engineer is commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Chesterfield & Mansfield.
