£50,000+ The Client Our client is a local Chartered Surveyor in Greater Manchester, Chester, The Wirral, and Lancashire. They specialize in home surveys and valuations designed to uncover defects and provide the value of their clients' properties quickly. The Role Are you a small cog in a big corporate wheel? Fancy earning more money for less work with a local surveyor who values your contribution? Our client is recruiting for a residential surveyor in the Preston area (can live anywhere in Lancashire or Blackpool). You can use their office in Preston, work from home, or a bit of both - you decide. The ideal team member will be MRICS, FRICS, or AssocRICS. You can be at the start of your career needing help and guidance or a seasoned pro who can get on with the job. Your work will involve Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys plus valuations for Help to Buy, house purchases, and shared ownership. You will use bespoke report writing software and the latest tech to provide the best reports. You'll typically do 6-7 inspections a week.
