Reason for Vacancy: The Commercial Manager required three additional Quantity Surveyors to deliver projects across gas holder, minor works, reinstatement and backfill frameworks after Northern Gas Networks received a significant increase in workload across various frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of commercial and procurement strategies across a portfolio of regional frameworks. Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors from relevant contractors or subcontractors, who can commute weekly to Leeds. Strong infrastructure project experience and post contract management experience of variations and claims to a high level. Maintain all candidates in the recruitment process in a competitive market by recruiting to an agreed interview process and moving quickly to offer. Our Approach
