I am looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Team Leader. The purpose of the job is to keep a watchful eye on the production output, organization, build quality and contribute towards an organized and efficient production department. This person MUST be a Visible Leader; we do not want someone who wishes to sit behind their computer all day writing reports or who wants to work from home and leave production unattended. Key Responsibilities: Motivate, support, and lead the team. Maintain professional practice, systems, and reporting. Improve current assembly practices. Provide solutions, designs, and recommendations for adding new assembly lines and production cells. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Electromechanical assembly and the ability to handle new higher volume products and output.
