If you have:
A background in fabrication and heavy engineering (Required).
Experience in Defence, Nuclear, Structural, or Oil and Gas sectors (Required).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

You would be a great fit for the role! On top of the excellent working environment that the company provides, you would also be offered a salary of 50,000, as well as an excellent company pension (You contribute 5%, the company contributes 10%), and a regular 37.5 hour week. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of 30 members to ensure that production targets are met, making sure that everything is on schedule. You would also be in charge of motivating the team and facilitating their personal and career growth. Finally, you would be tasked with conducting briefs, ensuring that everyone is aware of the tasks they need to do, and making sure that everyone adheres to health and safety regulations.
