Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Hybrid role) Role Purpose As a Technical Sales Advisor/Administrator, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. You will be providing customers with quotations using our in-house drawing programs and offering customer and technical support. All training will be provided; however, any CAD experience is a positive. You will handle customer inquiries over the phone and email. Key Responsibilities Handle customer service and delivery queries. Update and maintain company databases. Experience Required Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a rapport with customers. Ability to multitask, using multiple systems alongside dealing with customers. Ability to produce solutions to problems. Must have a ‘can-do’ approach. A background in a customer service or sales role is desirable.
