Fabrication Team Leader
who has strong experience leading a team of Welders in a fabrication shop. As the Fabrication Team Leader you will be required to: Manage a team of 2 Welders on site Manage the team's workflow Keep productivity high throughout the shift Resolve any technical issues to increase productivity Ensure the team is hitting KPIs Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner Liaise with cross-departmental teams Fabrication Team Leader Experience Required: Previous experience within a fabrication role to understand weld processes and the industry Experience managing and motivating a team to drive towards success Implementation of health and safety procedures Strong communication skills to liaise across various departments Ability to motivate a team to meet KPIs Good knowledge of specific welding processes, MIG & TIG Ability to read and fully understand weld symbols Fabrication Team Leader Package: 31 days annual leave including bank holidays Progression opportunities Life insurance Company pension contribution If you like the look of this Fabrication Team Leader role, then click and apply or if you would like further information, please contact Katie Maisey at Orion Electrotech Aylesbury.
