This would be an ideal position for an experienced Estimator/Quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.
Duties
Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates for projects
Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of estimates
Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project
Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead
Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference
Must have
Qualified Electrician
Demonstrable experience within Electrical Estimating
Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience
Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
