What You’ll Be Doing: Produce Detailed Plans, Sections, and Details of Sprinkler Systems in 3D and 2D Environments Carry Out Site Surveys As Trainee Design Engineer, Attend Design Team Meetings to Co-ordinate Services Produce Hydraulic Calculations Size Sprinkler Fire Pumps and Tanks Request and Review Information from Internal and External Clients Inform Clients of Contract Changes If Necessary, Learning AutoCAD and Revit (Our Design Traineeships Provide Full Training) What You’ll Need: Existing Knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit (Desirable) Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proven Verbal and Written English Communication Skills Track Record in Finding Solutions to Problems Within Deadlines Ability to Organise Yourself and Others High Attention to Detail This is an office-based role and would require the successful Trainee Design Engineer to attend Monday-Friday at The DHL Building, Fendrod Way, Swansea, SA7 9DG.
