The Role as an Assistant Town Planner In this role, you will support a range of planning projects, working closely with experienced planners and consultants. You'll assist in conducting site assessments, preparing planning applications, and providing strategic advice to clients across various residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Town Planner Conducting site appraisals and planning research. Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals. Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Supporting the team with strategic planning advice. Staying informed about planning policy and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking for as an Assistant Town Planner A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred). Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach and a passion for problem-solving. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A full UK driving licence.
