Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to assist in the delivery of a Total FM contract covering a patch of schools in and around Swindon. This is a full-time role with a weekly rotating shift pattern of 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm, providing flexibility and variety along with Hybrid working arrangements. Key responsibilities: Maintenance of buildings, electrical & mechanical systems and all associated component parts. Responsible for minor building fabric repairs, air handling system maintenance, and building services maintenance. Supervision of contractors to ensure they are following safe systems of work. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless facility management. Key requirements: Qualified to C&G 2391 and 18th edition. Experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering. Good health & safety knowledge. Full driving licence. SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
