I'm looking for an Electronic Warfare Mission Data Lead Engineer, to join BAE Systems in Warton, Carnforth.
What you'll be doing:
Extraction of Emitter Data from an RF Emitter Database using first principles.
Performance of RF Emitter Ambiguity Analysis.
Creation of DASS Receiver Search Strategies.
Programming of DASS Mission Data utilising the DASS Mission Data Preparation Programme Toolsets.
Mission Data Development and Test.
Supporting Customer Trials/Mission Data validation.
Providing responses to In Service Support Tasks.
Supporting Rigs, Flight Test and Problem Investigation.
Essential Skills:
Familiar with Electronic Warfare principles and Mission Data Development.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Desirable Skills:
A degree educated in a STEM subject, HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Life-cycle, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typhoon Mission Data experience.
Experience of managing small teams.
The role is based at Warton, but the successful candidate will also be required to travel to supplier, partner and customer locations within the UK as well as internationally when required.
The salary range is 50,000 to 60,000 plus an excellent benefits.
You MUST be eligible for SC Clearance to be considered for this position.
