We have a position available in our Telford Service Centre for an experienced Calibration Engineer. This will involve calibration/validation/repair of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy. Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include: Calibration/validation/repair of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy. Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at the Telford Service Centre. Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment. Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity. Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication. Travel to customer sites ( You will be working in a team of experienced technicians and will be responsible for all steps in calibration and training will be given where required. Qualifications

Education and technical knowledge within the sector and role Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician (HNC/HND/Level 4 NVQ) Relevant experience in calibration IT knowledge (Windows, Office) Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) Confident at answering customer questions Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions Ability to work independently and a proactive attitude Able to obtain UK security clearance Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
