We seek a people-oriented leader with a talent for mentoring and developing employees to foster a unified and high-performing team. With support and mentorship from industry professionals, you will be set up for success to deliver to production schedules & execute work orders to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards. In this role, you will guide a team of technicians, trade assistants, and leading hands, overseeing workload planning and scheduling to meet workshop demands, invoicing, safety & quality auditing, all while prioritising safety and continuous improvement.
