Our Head of International Sales will focus on developing and executing the group's export strategy for territories such as Asia, UAE, Australasia, South America, and Africa. They will drive revenue growth across international markets, focusing on expanding the company's business-to-business (B2B) customer base and market penetration. The ideal candidate will build a global sales team to drive sales and service customers within the identified regions. The candidate will need to manage a wide portfolio of brands and their individual ‘go to market’ and/or expansion strategies. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a global sales team, including regional sales managers, account executives, and sales support staff across different geographical regions. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for international markets, creating detailed plans to meet or exceed revenue goals. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for different international regions. Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers, international partners, and potential high-value business clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential expansion strategies. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and customer success departments. Report business performance to senior leadership and external stakeholders where applicable. About you

Extensive experience in international B2B sales within territories highlighted, with a proven track record of successfully managing global sales operations. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with significant international business exposure. Proven success in managing complex, global sales organizations. Strong strategic planning and business development skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics. Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is typically preferred. Proficiency in the use of CRM systems is typically preferred (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot). Location : UK / EU / Asia Our benefits
