As a Commercial Floor Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists and Supervisors. Key parts of the role: Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities. Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance. Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team. Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota. Assist with the customer journey by offering exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge. Develop Managers through coaching, feedback, appraisals, and personal development plans. Develop a strong internal succession plan for the future. Oversee the management of the commercial business including product performance, space management, stock layout, etc. Interpret data and convert it into action plans. Build relationships business-wide to improve stock packages for our consumer. Passionate about the brand and living our values. Currently at an Assistant Manager level or similar in a high turnover environment. 5 years previous management experience. Experience of volume retail preferred but not essential. Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations.
