Job Title: Field Sales Executive Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission structure) Location: London Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions. The role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a proven track record in sales within the electrical, industrial, or construction sectors. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the business through strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking within the electrical and construction industries. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry and quotation to order completion and aftersales support. Regularly visit clients on-site, providing product expertise and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge. Requirements Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, ideally within the electrical, industrial, or construction sectors. A strong understanding of electrical products, components, or related solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing your schedule and priorities effectively. Full UK driving licence is essential.
