South East, Field Job Description The Account Manager - Biologics will be critical to successfully launching Galderma’s new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/ Trusts. They will be the direct contact for key external stakeholders to communicate the value proposition and be the main executor of the infield brand strategy, developing customer relationships whilst maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans. Key Responsibilities Customer selling and relationship management: Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) in the territory. Develop Smart pre-call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals. Effectively handle objections or concerns, consistently gaining a logical call to action/close on every sales call. Educate medical providers and staff. Identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates. Create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma’s biologic. Differentiates the product value proposition. Territory Management: Continuously analyze sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence. Develop a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy for the most important accounts. Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform key territory plans. Accurately identify customer position on the sales cycle and effectively target resources to maximize sales opportunities. Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders including medical, marketing, and market access to implement excellent local business plans in line with strategy and needs of key customers. Support formulary gains at the local/regional level in collaboration with local market access managers. Leverage Omnichannel approach for key customers to increase adoption. Adhere to industry and Galderma compliance requirements. Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: Organize and manage stakeholder meetings. Differentiates Galderma’s value proposition to physicians or other assigned stakeholders. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to flex style based on customer insights and Clinical and Market Knowledge Development. Share best practices to enhance business success across the Brand Teams. Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan to prepare for future opportunities. Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence expertise. Skills & Qualifications: Ideally (but not essential) 2-3 years of selling experience in high-cost drugs including launch experience. Ideally (but not essential) experience working in the therapeutic areas of Immunology/Dermatology with established relationships. Ability to think independently and act autonomously. Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline. Ability to take complex medical data and effectively communicate this to customers through a robust customer-centric model. Solid understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows. Excellence in Business Acumen to develop and implement robust territory and account plans. Demonstrated launch excellence capabilities to drive successful uptake within a critical launch window. Proven delivery of successful outcomes. Drive for self-development with a solution & action-oriented work ethic. Proven clear, concise communication, influencing, and negotiating skills. Proven key account & project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects. Collaborative and cross-functional working ability. Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills. Ability to lead and influence without authority. Proven experience interacting with healthcare stakeholders, especially payors. Experience working in a payor organization is desirable. Knowledge of payor decision-making processes and key payor stakeholders. Microsoft Fluent. Proficiency in English is required. ABPI qualified.
