WHAT TO EXPECT Come join JLR as a Cyber Security & Data Loss Prevention Manager and take on a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to safeguarding data across our global operations. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the implementation of a comprehensive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program, aligning with the Chief Information Security Officer’s (CISO) vision for a robust cyber security transformation. As the DLP Manager, you will be at the forefront of our cyber security efforts, responsible for enhancing the maturity of JLR’s DLP controls across various domains, including Network, Endpoints, Cloud, and Vehicle-related systems. Your mission will be to cultivate an environment where data protection is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our business operations. You will lead a dedicated team within the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) function, driving both technical implementation and business adoption to ensure that our data remains secure in an increasingly complex digital landscape. We are looking for a seasoned security professional with a broad skill set and significant consultancy experience to join us in this major initiative. Your expertise will not only help improve our technical capabilities but also foster a culture of security awareness throughout JLR. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Design and deliver an effective DLP transformation programme of work with a measurable impact in advancing the maturity of the organisations security controls and driving security risk reduction across the enterprise. Work to embed the understanding of security as a key customer requirement for Modern luxury into the wider business, with DLP being a part of that requirement. Work with the business to identify and understand future Information security risks and provide appropriate input to ensure that such risks are minimised ahead of time. Identify information security threats and vulnerabilities around DLP within projects and programs, assess information security risks, and advise the relevant team on appropriate methods and security controls to protect and prevent impact on business systems. Monitor trends in information security and DLP in particular, incorporating them into departmental strategy as appropriate. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Extensive and broad-based experience in Information Security over a number of years. Experience working in a group or product ownership role in an agile team within an Information and Cyber Security function. Experience in consultancy-based roles, influencing business leaders up to and including C suite to establish strategic direction and buy in. Advanced ICS security certification (CCSP, Google PCSE, AWS Certified Security, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer). Technical proficiency in Data Loss Prevention tools (MS Purview preferred) and associated ICS tools. Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work.
