My client is a leading hardware manufacturer in the cyber security sector who develops hi-tech security products and services. Due to the ever-growing threat of cyber-attacks, they are now looking for an experienced cyber security specialist.
Cyber Security Specialist Key Duties and Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base, work with the Account Teams to qualify opportunities, and prioritize activities within Service Providers in the UK.
Work within the sales team to develop a sales plan for the assigned territory.
Work across several teams to develop new business.
Control the sales process and drive leads to closure, generating new revenues.
Present to customers and prospects in a highly effective manner.
Forecast revenue and products plus update sales activity to management.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend industry forums, tradeshows, and events as required.
You will need to be
Passionate about selling security for a global provider.
Show understanding of customer requirements.
Skilled in recognizing new business opportunities.
Experience in selling security solutions.
Track record in sales.
