Our client is seeking a
Dynamics 365 Developer
with expertise in X++, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and PowerApps to join their internal team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions across both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement modules. This role involves delivering high-quality, business-critical solutions, ensuring system enhancements are effectively integrated, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into powerful, scalable systems. This will be a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site in Cheltenham. Key Skills/Requirements: Dynamics 365 F&O and CE development experience using X++. Hands-on PowerApps development with integration to Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Power Automate for workflows and automations. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Beneficial: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, PowerApps, or Power Platform. Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 F&O and CE solutions using X++. Enhance existing Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) to meet evolving business requirements. Create custom entities, forms, reports, and workflows within F&O and CE environments. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party applications. Design and build PowerApps solutions to automate and streamline business processes. Leverage Power Automate to create workflows that integrate with Dynamics 365 and other platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for implemented solutions. Maintain best practices for performance, scalability, and security. Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
