My client is a specialist manufacture of products that are used with the aerospace and turbine industry sectors, and they are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will create CNC programs for multi-axis CNC machinery, working to tight tolerances and ensure that the parts produced meets clients expectations.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities;
Set and program 5 axis CNC Machinery
Generate CNC Programs using Hypermill CAM software
Work to tight tolerances and use precision measurement devices
Ensure that the products meets the exact design specifications
Provide technical support to CNC operators
CNC Programmer Experience;
Previous experience in programming multi-axis CNC machinery
Experienced in working to tight tolerances
Heidenhain, Mazatrol and Hypermill experience is desirable
Able to interpret engineering drawings and create CNC programs
Excellent communication skills are essential
