We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our cutting-edge audio products. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive software test plans to evaluate product performance, independently identifying and resolving issues while collaborating closely with the Software Development team to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting and documenting software tests to verify compliance with specifications and performance benchmarks. Troubleshooting issues and contributing to the enhancement of product quality. Performing regression testing on existing products and supporting the development of innovative features and platforms. Providing assistance to the production team during software releases. Scheduling and planning testing timelines, and delivering progress updates to the manager. Ensuring regulatory compliance by coordinating with third-party test facilities and compliance engineers. Working closely with technical support and sales teams to address software-related inquiries and provide training on current and upcoming audio streaming products.
Essential Skills & Requirements: Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in software testing, with a preference for manual testing. Issue Management:
Strong ability to identify, record, and track issues to closure within a defect tracking system. Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with serial debugging and networking.
