ASSISTANT FIELD ENGINEER – SOUTHAMPTON Requirement : Trainee Engineer based near Southampton. As the face and ambassadors of our company, we are looking for site-based Engineers who are great problem-solvers and put the customer first. As a trainee engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and, in time, become a fully skilled Industrial Door & Loading Bay Engineer. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who wants to learn. You will need to be adept at learning mechanical & electrical engineering, and some previous experience in this area would be an advantage. Package : £10-13/Hour dependent on skills, training & experience – guaranteed minimum 45 hours a week. Overtime is paid at 1.5X (2X for Sundays & Bank Holidays). Other Benefits : 22 Days Holiday (+Bank Holidays) increasing by 1 day/year of service to a maximum of 25 Days. We also run performance-based incentive schemes.
