You'll be joining our Overseas Resourcing Team.
The role is permanent and full-time
Ideal candidates will be able to commute to our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) with flexible hybrid working arrangements available
Joining a close-knit team of 5 including line management responsibilities for 2 of the team members
On-site parking and canteen facilities are available at our Support Centre
Your future, your role
As an Immigration Manager you'll be:
Playing a pivotal role in the timely and efficient processing of visa sponsorship requests, while providing leadership and oversight to a team of Immigration and Relocation specialists
Responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business on immigration issues and the prevention of illegal working
Working closely with our Onboarding and Resourcing teams to manage overseas candidates through the process
Ensuring sponsored self-employed contractors and employees comply with sponsorship requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a team leader/manager role, preferably within HR, Legal, or visa processing environments
Demonstrable experience and understanding of employment-related immigration rules and sponsorship processes
Experience of working with the Home Office SMS
