We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst to work for a Professional Services Firm based in the City of London. This position is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
Troubleshoot issues within the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Office 2016, Office 365, Windows Azure, Active Directory, and AV (Audio Visual).
Communicate effectively with Lawyers and Partners, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
Experience in a Professional Services environment, preferably Legal IT.
Outstanding telephone manner and communication skills.
