Project Engineer

to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on developing and overseeing the manufacturing process of industrial machinery. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the success of our projects from conception to completion. As a Project Engineer you will:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project success. Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the design and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks, implementing effective solutions. Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded. The successful Project Engineer will have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer within the industrial machinery sector. Strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management tools and software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mind-set with a proactive approach to project challenges.
