As an Implementation Specialist you will be part of

our highly successful deployment team

with the overall responsibility of helping clients to implement our market leading Healthcare Systems effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with the Project Managers to help clients to follow a standard deployment methodology with specific deliverables working within very tight timescales. You will support the client in the setup and configuration of all systems, supporting knowledge transfer and issue management and assisting the client in validation testing and business change activities to help them to get the very best out of each of our solution offerings. You will have the opportunity to be involved in multiple, complex deployments covering the entire project life cycle from pre-sales and early engagement through to go-live and post go-live activities. You will also play a key role in re-designing future clinical pathways and clinical content. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will:

Engage in all stages of deployment to ensure the client and the deployment teams are kept informed, fully trained, and equipped to implement our solutions. Lead the successful delivery of software solutions, with particular emphasis on clinical engagement, analysis & consultancy in the following solution areas: Clinical workflow and documentation, Electronic Patient Records / Portals, ePrescribing and Medicines Administration, Orders & results, and Clinical departmental systems. Provide Clinical Subject Matter Expertise to our clients and deployment project teams with product questions, issues and changes. Participate in Pre-sales Consultancy/Bid Responses. Conduct software solution configuration, solution system manager/configuration training, and user acceptance testing. Take the next step towards your dream career

Healthcare professionals with knowledge of the NHS and/or HSE and Healthcare Services in such areas as Maternity, ICU, Community/District Nursing and Allied Health Professionals. Experience in healthcare systems implementation/deployment projects, or interest in moving into Digital programmes. Ability to work on multiple, complex tasks and projects. As a key figure in client engagement, you will need to demonstrate sound knowledge of how our healthcare systems work and be able to take a ‘hands-on’ approach to the development of clinical pathways and content. You will have a strong understanding and broad knowledge of how to interpret the needs of clients whilst maintaining high levels of effective communication both internally and externally.
