Project Engineer
to work from their
Chester
office. What our client is offering for the successful Project Engineer: £30,000 - £40,000 P/Annum (D.O.E) Monday to Thursday (08:00/08:30 to 16:30/17:00), Friday Early Finish (4/4.30pm) Permanent Position Benefits: Holidays, On-Site Parking, Pension & Company Perks The Role - Project Engineer: Produce General Arrangement Drawings and Electrical Schematics using 2D AutoCAD/Draftsight. Produce 3D assemblies using Solidworks and design sheet metal components to a high-quality standard for manufacture/fabrication. Produce Bill of Materials for projects. Manage the day-to-day running of your assigned projects liaising with the production team. Communicate with customers. What we are looking for in a Project Engineer: Minimum NVQ level 3 or HNC/D Engineering Discipline. -
ESSENTIAL Experience working in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering role. Competent using 3D Solidworks, AutoCAD/Draftsight 2D design software and Microsoft Office products -
ESSENTIAL Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for generating solutions. Enthusiastic attitude towards learning. Highly organised and capable of meeting deadlines. Knowledge of LV Switchgear and/or bespoke substation enclosures/ E-houses -
DESIRABLE Ability to cost projects -
DESIRABLE A valid CSCS/ECS card -
