Experience in 3rd Line Support Strong knowledge of storage area networks and backup systems Competent in configuration Excellent knowledge of Azure & Office 365 Previous role in a manageable position – desirable Experience working with Citrix Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of PC hardware & software Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Position Remuneration
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 9am- 6pm Salary £31,000 – £37,000 (dependant on experience) 28 days holiday including bank holidays Pension Scheme Progression opportunities
