Estates Programme Delivery Manager Contract position Theale (Hybrid working) As Estates Programme Delivery Manager, you will be leading and delivering assigned programmes end-to-end, ensuring objectives are met and expected benefits and business outcomes are realized. You'll lead, manage, develop and motivate the team to ensure that personal and functional objectives are met in line with the company targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Programme's Executive and Governance Committees with energy and drive, empowered to direct the programme and make decisions. Provide strategic context, direction, and leadership to the team, ensuring outcomes are achieved with end-to-end accountability. Monitor programme delivery plans, resource deployment, and overall coordination to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. Utilize project management tools and methodologies (agile and waterfall) effectively. Maintain accurate estates programme delivery status and work with the National Estates Programme Manager to create, maintain and update suitable reports to drive effective delivery. Be a champion and subject matter expert on the New ECC and develop strategies in respect of its interpretation and implementation on individual sites by applying agreed standards, policies, and expertise. Work with the Acquisition and Delivery teams to track delivery against key company targets related to renewals & portfolio deals and support effective reimplementation of Code and Property & Estates Strategy Stakeholder & Relationship Management. Champion a customer-centric approach to delivery, understanding and exceeding customer requirements and expectations. Required Skills: Significant experience of leading programmes including preparing project and program baselines and underlying detailed plans. Ability to drive cultural change and mind-set shift within the organisation. Ability to identify core issues and establish resolutions and new ways of working. Experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, internal and external on a day-to-day basis. Practical experience of setting up and running real-time reporting and delivery management systems for major programs. In-depth knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and the Electronic Communications Code (ECC). Familiarity with program management professional standards such as Prince 2 or MSP.
