Successful candidates will lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and conduct design review sessions. Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable), be confident in carrying out data migration and governance processes, and have excellent stakeholder management abilities with the confidence to translate business needs into architectural documents. Roles and Responsibilities Lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations Work closely with internal and external development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Contribute to and adopt architectural policies, patterns, and standards Monitor data governance and management within Salesforce Ensure data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses Provide expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems Promote architectural best practices and coding standards Identify and align common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimize business operations Provide technical mentoring and coaching to the Salesforce Development and Administrator teams Skills and Experience Demonstrable experience with Salesforce platform, with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable Certified Salesforce Technical/Application Architect highly desirable Able to confidently carry out data migration and governance processes Familiar with MuleSoft tool desirable Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural documentation About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, exceeding expectations every time of over 267,000 candidates.
