About the Job:
Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for improving our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with the business to identify value add opportunities
Inputting into the overall health and optimal use of business systems
Managing the scoping, development, implementation, and training of all medium to large business system change requests
Producing monthly system status updates including RAG status
Skills / Experience Required:
5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience with process optimisation Broad understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Excel Skills Knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, would be advantageous Confident to lead and develop this new function High level of personal motivation & ability to communicate at all levels Job Position Type:
