As a Business Unit Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives are met within your assigned manufacturing area. You will lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products. Monitor key performance indicators related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Support training and development of production staff. Identify and address production issues in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
