Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum, we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you'll be doing :

You'll be accountable for the successful delivery of defined work packages; acting as the focal point for this scope, you'll be engaging with our engineering teams to ensure multiple work packages are delivered to cost, specification and time. You'll be responsible for the creation, maintenance and integration of the project delivery schedules in P6 Primavera planning software. Actively managing our risks; planning and executing programme risk mitigations to reduce risk exposure as appropriate. Supporting the bidding process in a fast-paced environment, seeking resource commitment for new scope and managing change to the Performance Measurement Baseline. Leading the reporting cycle for projects and work packages within your accountability, ensuring stakeholders are well informed with an accurate view of programme performance.

These principles form our values and behaviours and are an essential component of our assessment process and are fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles. Degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline or equivalent level of continuous professional development and experience. Experience of leading an Integrated Project Team, ideally gained within the engineering/manufacturing sector. Team player with an ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A positive 'can do' attitude to deliver on promises and commitments and be able to adapt to changes in the working environment, manage competing demands to make the best use of time and resources. Experience of project management systems and toolsets such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager (ARM) and SAP are advantageous.

We are an equal opportunities employer. We're committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we'll be. By building a culture of respect and appreciation, we give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
